Kamp-Easi Terms and Conditions

RENTAL OPENING HOURS:
The office is open Monday to Saturday from 09.00 hrs. to 18.00 hrs. The office is closed on Sundays.

COLLECTION/RETURN:
Vehicles are available from our premises between 16.00 hrs. and 18.00 hrs. on day of hire.
Vehicles must be returned to our premises and vacated between 08.00 hrs. and 10.00 hrs. on the day hire ends.
Clients who wish to collect vehicles, before 16.00 hrs or vacate vehicles later than 10.00 hrs, will be charged an extra day at the start or end of their hire.

INSURANCE:
Drivers must be between 25 years and 75 years and hold a clean drivers licence for two years. Insurance is included in the daily rate. The insurance policy has an excess, that is, clients are responsible for the first 750Euro of damage. All accidents involving a third party, details on the third party must be furnished when the vehicle is returned.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The hirer is liable to pay a security deposit of 750Euro to cover incidents causing damage. This includes loss of skylights, mirrors, window or windscreen damage, impact with stationary objects, driver negligence, returning late or in an unsatisfactory condition, tyre damage etc. The hirer must notify us immediately of any accidents or mishaps that occur so that we may do everything possible to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.

CLEANING:
The cleaning deposit of 175Euro will be refunded when the motor home is returned cleaned internally. Out of respect for our employees, we must insist that the toilet is emptied and cleaned.

FUEL:
A full tank of fuel will be supplied, please return with the fuel tank full. Fuel used will be deducted from the cleaning deposit.

CANCELLATION:
When six weeks notice is given of cancellation 100Euro of the booking deposit is retained to cover administration costs.
When six to four weeks notice is given the deposit is forfeited.
When less than four weeks notice is given, every effort will be made on our part to re-let the motor home.
Should we be unable to do so, full rental charges will be forfeited.
Clients should have their own holiday/travel insurance to cover such loss.

EQUIPMENT:
An inventory of the equipment necessary for you to enjoy your holiday will be furnished and checked with you at the start and end of the hire period.

CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY:
Whilst every effort will be made to supply the model ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle should circumstances dictate.

It is an important condition of hire that unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the motor home.

Kamp-Easi Motorhomes, accepts no responsibility for delays which may occur at the start of hire due to circumstances beyond our control.
