Reservations


To reserve the motorhome of your choice please complete the online booking form. Once this form has been received, and the availibility confirmed, a deposit of £300 will be due before the vehicle can be officially reserved. This amount constitutes your booking deposit and will be deducted from the total rental charge which is due 28 days prior to commencement of rental. Reservations may also be made by telephone or fax using Visa/Access credit cards if preferred.

Security Deposits


On the day your rental period commences, you will need to pay to us a security deposit of £500 together with any other charges which we require as previously agreed with you. You can pay this amount to us by way of a credit/debit card or cash. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your rental period provided always that the vehicle is returned on time in a clean, complete and undamaged state. A charge will be made to you for any vehicles which are returned late or in our opinion in an unsatisfactory condition. In addition a charge of £35 will be made to you in respect of unemptied chemical toilets.

Collection of Vehicles


You will be able to collect the vehicle which you have booked from our premises at 4pm on the first day of your rental period, unless otherwise agreed with us. If you are arriving at London or Manchester Airports we can provide a transfer service to our premises by prior arrangement. A price list is available for this service upon request. Vehicles will not be available for collection on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays unless previously agreed with us.

Return of Vehicles


You will need to return the vehicle to our premises by 11am on the last day of your rental period, unless otherwise agreed with us. If you return the vehicle after 11am you will be charged an additional day's rental charge. Vehicles will not be able to be returned on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays unless previously agreed with us.

Comprehensive Insurance


Full comprehensive insurance is included in our rental charge for your rental period. However, in the event of any accident, loss or damage, you will be liable to pay the first £500 of any incident.

Restrictions on Hire


In order to hire one of our vehicles you must be between the ages of 23 and 70 years old and be in possession of a driving licence or permit valid in the UK which should be accident-free for a period of two years prior to the commencement of your rental period.

Group Discounts


Special package rates may be available by agreement for large parties or group bookings. Please request a price schedule.

Long Term Bookings


Discounts will apply to the standard rental charges for long term bookings and a scale of such discounts is available from us on request.

Travel outside the United Kingdom


Please advise us of all countries you intend to visit during your rental period at the time of making your booking request. You will need to take out and pay for our Non UK Travel Insurance for these purposes prior to the commencement of the rental period.

Breakdown


Each vehicle will be provided with a tool kit, spare bulbs and national breakdown cover. You should notify us in the event of any repairs required to the vehicle above the value of £100. Please obtain receipts for any payments which you make for repairs carried out, in order to obtain a refund from us.

Fuel


The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned to us with a full tank of fuel, otherwise a charge will be made for refuelling the vehicle.

Pets


Pets are not allowed in any of our vehicles. However, we do keep some vehicles for pet owners which may be booked subject to availability and payment of an additional charge of £40 at the time of making the booking request.

Parking


You may leave one vehicle per motorhome booked in our car park for the duration of your rental period at a charge of £10 payable at the time of making your booking request. All vehicles however are left entirely at your risk and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage which arises.

Additional Equipment


A bedding pack is available (sleeping bags, pillows, towels etc) if booked 28 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. A price schedule is available upon request.
